Privacy Policy
1 General Provisions
This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the “Privacy Policy”) sets out the method of collecting, processing, and storing personal data necessary for the performance of services provided via the website: https://plasticworx.com.pl/ (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”).
The User hereby accepts the rules contained in the Privacy Policy and the Terms and Conditions.
2 Data collected automatically
The Administrator does not collect personal data without the User’s consent, but only data without such a feature, in particular data regarding the use of the Website and demographic data. The collection of the data described in the preceding sentence takes place automatically (hereinafter referred to as “automatically collected data”).
Automatically collected data does not allow for the unambiguous identification of the User.
Automatically collected data may be used by the Administrator to improve the quality of services provided, in particular in the event of Website errors.
In the situation described above, the automatically collected data will concern Website errors, including the status of the User’s mobile device at the time the error occurred, the identification of the User’s mobile device, and the physical location of the User’s mobile device at the time the error occurred.
It is not possible to change or delete automatically collected data.
3 Data collected to establish contact
In cases where the User contacts the Administrator, as specified in the Terms and Conditions, the Administrator will require the User to provide: name, surname, and e-mail address (hereinafter referred to as: “data collected to establish contact”).
Providing data collected to establish contact by the User is voluntary, however, it will constitute the exclusive basis for the Administrator to establish return contact with the User and will enable the Administrator to verify the User. Data collected to establish contact will be used solely to enable correct, complete, and efficient communication between the Administrator and the User.
4 Rights and obligations of the Administrator
The Administrator undertakes to process the User’s personal data in compliance with the requirements of the Act of 10 May 2018 on the protection of personal data, and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) and the Act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of electronic services.
The Administrator guarantees the provision of appropriate technical and organizational measures ensuring the security of processed data.
5 Rights and obligations of the User
The Administrator reserves the right to make changes to the Privacy Policy.
INFORMATION CLAUSE ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
In accordance with the guidelines of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation “GDPR”), we inform you about the principles of processing your personal data and your related rights.

The Administrator processes your personal data based on applicable law, concluded contracts, and on the basis of the consent granted, depending on the purpose for which the data was obtained or provided.
The basis for processing your personal data depends on the purpose for which the data was provided:
a) Recruitment:
- Art. 6 sec. 1 a) – the data subject has consented to the processing of their personal data going beyond the set resulting from current regulations (Art. 221 § 1 of the Act of June 26, 1974, Labor Code (Journal of Laws 1974 No. 24 item 141 as amended))
- Art. 9 sec. 2 a) – as in point a), but concerns special category data, e.g., religious beliefs, health status, etc.
- Art. 6 sec. 1 c) – processing is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation to which the controller is subject based on the Labor Code, Social Security Act, etc.
b) Employment:
- Art. 6 sec. 1 a) and Art. 9 sec. 2 a) – in the case of submitting application documents containing personal data going beyond the set resulting from current regulations (Labor Code) – until they are deleted or consent is withdrawn
- Art. 6 sec. 1 c) – processing is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation to which the controller is subject based on the Labor Code, Social Security Act, etc.
- Art. 6 sec. 1 b) – processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party
c) Civil law contracts, sales contracts, lease agreements:
- Art. 6 sec. 1 b) – processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party
d) Newsletter, marketing:
- Art. 6 sec. 1 a) – consent of the data subject
In connection with the processing of data for the purposes referred to in point 4, the recipients of your personal data will be public authorities and entities performing public tasks or acting on behalf of public authorities, or other entities that process personal data in the Administrator’s collections on the basis of appropriate entrustment agreements, such as IT service providers.
Your personal data will be stored for the period necessary to achieve the purposes specified in point 4, and after that time for the period and to the extent required by generally applicable provisions of law.
In connection with the processing of your personal data, you have the following rights: the right to access personal data, the right to share data, the right to rectify data – in the event that the data is incorrect or incomplete, the right to request the deletion of personal data (the so-called right to be forgotten), the right to request a restriction of processing, the right to object to data processing.
If the processing of personal data takes place on the basis of a person’s consent to process personal data (Art. 6 sec. 1 lit. a GDPR), you have the right to withdraw this consent at any time. This withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
If you become aware of unlawful processing of your personal data, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority competent for personal data protection.
In a situation where the processing of personal data takes place on the basis of the consent of the data subject, providing your personal data to the Administrator is voluntary.
Providing your personal data is mandatory in a situation where the prerequisite for processing personal data is a legal provision or a contract concluded between the parties.
Your data may be processed in an automated manner and will not be profiled. Your personal data will not be transferred to a third country/international organization.
